The agreements also include options for further development between the accompanying operation and maintenance costs. The Operational agreement (Government Standard Terms and Conditions SSA-D) only regulates basic platform operations, whilst the Maintenance agreement (Government Standard Terms and Conditions SSA-V) regulates application operations, maintenance and development. The system of agreements also regulates user support and options for training.

Regionalforvaltning.no is a professional system which is particularly facilitated for subsidy administration. The system is used by all Norwegian counties and more than 275 Norwegian municipalities and regional councils. Regionalforvaltning.no can be used by public participants for subsidy administration, and is particularly facilitated for tasks and case considerations for regional development. The professional system contains functions for publishing schemes, receive and consider applications, register payments and process reports. The system also contain functions for reports from each county to the ministry.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The Operation and maintenance agreement period is 6 years from the agreement is initiated. The first 3 years of the contract period are fixed. After that the agreement can be extended with 1 year at a time up until the expiration date of the sixth year (3+1+1+1). The agreements are valid from 1.1.2018 or from the date of ordinary commissioning.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option for further development is requested. See the description in annex 1 to the maintenance agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right for options if requirements related to the procurement should occur.
