Open tender contest for the disposal of furniture in conjunction with Trondheimsporten and Falkenborgveien 28 being moved into

Trondheimsporten and Falkenborgveien 28 are two new commercial buildings that are under construction. The buildings shall, amongst other things, house public offices and services. The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract for emptying/disposing of furniture from the premises that are being moved out of. A total of nine office locations shall be emptied. The locations have a total of approx. 680 workplaces.
In order to hand over the vacated office premises, there is a need for assistance with planning, coordination, as well as the implementation of the actual moving out process, including the disposal of furniture and fixtures. New furniture has been procured for both of the new buildings, which means that there is an excess of existing furniture and fixtures. The office premises shall be emptied in the period 1 February — 1 April 2018. We would like to recycle as much as possible. Furniture and fixtures that must be disposed of, shall be disposed of in accordance with Trondheim municipality's guidelines (the Energy and Climate Action Plan, 2010-2020).
