Trondheim Kommune

Trondheim municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a tender contest for an agreement on an administrative system for childhood and youth services (OAS) for the municipality's schools and nurseries. The system shall ensure all child and youth administrative tasks, from applying for a nursery place until the lower secondary school's final diploma is issued.
The contracting authority has 53 ordinary primary and lower secondary schools, 3 special schools and 54 nursery units that represent 104 nurseries. A joint admission for all nurseries in the municipality shall be implemented. This includes 130 private nurseries and family nurseries.

Klæbu municipality will merge with Trondheim municipality from 1.1.2020. This means that 3 primary and lower secondary schools, 5 municipal and 4 private nurseries will be added to the system. The new system shall replace the current IST Extens and IST Hypernet system. There are major requirements for integrations where OAS shall function as a source system. A further description of the requirements is given in the attached concept documentation.
