The objective of the procurement is to get access to qualified credit card services at favourable prices within the stated categories and in accordance with the defined and agreed upon conditions, in a resource and time saving manner throughout the contract period.
A prerequisite for the procurement is that it shall be built-up under efficient administrative routines, both for each cardholder and for NRK as a company.
The contract length will be 3 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it for a further 1+1 year.
The contract will be valid from 1.1.2018.

Stage 1
The procurement starts with a qualification. This stage of the procurement process includes a qualitative selection of tenderers who are invited to submit tenders for the competition, based on the criteria stated in chapter 4 ‘Selection Criteria’.
Stage 2
Only tenderers who are invited can participate in this phase.
This phase will allow negotiations and clarifications of the parts of the tenders that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.
The received tenders will be evaluated against the award criteria and adjusted for the result of any negotiations. Emphasis is put on the fact that no tenderers can expect a dialogue on their tender and must, therefore, submit their best tender.
