Nordvoll School - a new strong department

Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

A new strengthened department shall be built in connection with Nordvoll school in Groruddalen, that shall house 12 students with diagnoses on the autism spectrum and 30 employees.
The contract comprises construction of a new free-standing building of 1,700 m2. The building shall be constructed of brick, sedum on the roof and atrium. A separate building site without a direct connection to the existing school.
Turnkey contract which shall be with a transfer of contract for Architect and Consulting engineer, Fire-proofing (RIBr).
Planned completion: winter 2019. The building site is being rezoned and it is expected that zoning will be completed in March 2018. The assignment involves new construction and preparation of screened outdoor areas.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Item ‘560 Central Processing System’ in the price form is removed from the contract and the builder is responsible for the procurement of this. The turnkey contractor will take delivery of the Central Processing System transferred.
The scope of the transferred delivery will be as described in chapter B56. The price for this option shall cover the Turnkey Contractor’s work with coordination of the transfer throughout the entire project, including commissioning.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Legally established company A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— a tax and duty certificate shall be enclosed with the tender, showing that the status of payments for tax, advanced tax deduction, garnishments, employer contribution, and VAT.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit an equivalent certificate.
The certificates must not be older than six months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority. The requirements regarding tax certificates apply to all underlying sub-contractors.
— credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last three financial years.
A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
