Myrvoll Station is a housing project administered by JM Norge AS. In accordance with plans, approx. 560 flats and 160 row houses shall be constructed. The flats and houses shall be divided in the area between Skogåsen and the Trelast site in Oppegård municipality. The area is bordered by the Skiveien road/the Østfold line in the west and the Tverrveien road in the south.
This contract includes the reconstruction of the current county road (approx. 180 m), including the construction of 2 new roundabouts. The municipal road, the Bakkeveien road (approx. 130 m), shall be re-routed from one of the new roundabouts. The construction of approx. 400 m municipal access road (combined foot/cycle path) at Skogåsen. A Power and Water and Sewage network shall be established from the station area, towards the Trelast site and Skogåsen.
