Management, Operation, Maintenance and Development [MOMD] functionality

HiOA (Oslo and Akershus University College), wants to procure MOMD functionality that shall contribute to good control of the buildings, planned maintenance deviation registration and follow up of deviations.
The MOMD system shall:
— be a tool to provide an overview for the management of the Property Department,
— Help the Operations Manager with the planning of and ongoing control of internal controls and maintenance,
— be a simple tool for performing and reporting on different tasks and deviations for the operations technicians,
— easily allow the premise administrators to see reports on their areas/area dispositions (for example square metre cubicles).
An ongoing service agreement will be signed. The Contracting Authority estimates the value of the contract to be approx. 300 000 NOK — 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The value is a guide based on historical figures. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The service volume is subject to changes due to variations in the university college's needs from year to year. Cleaning locations may be added or removed.
