Management development programme

In 2013 an employer's strategy was prepared by Rogaland County One of the goal in the action plan for the employer's strategy is to implement a management development programme. A management platform was developed in 2016 as a part of this work. The management platform is expressing what should characterise good management, i.e. expectations in relation to joint management and expectations for each individual manager. The County wishes to enter into an agreement for planning and implementation of a management development for all managers in the county in connection with the extension of the programme. The programme shall be initiated autumn 2017 and completed by the end of 2018. The County's employer's strategy, an extract of the action plan to the employer's strategy and Platform for management are attached the requirement specification. Due to Easter, the deadline for questions is 7.4.2017. Any questions to the tender documentation must be raised within this deadline.
