NSB would like managed security services that can supply us with Security Operations Center services, including related technologies and implementation support, including but not limited to:
— Security Monitoring solutions with capability of covering both Information Technology and Operational Technology (“regular” IT systems, vehicle systems, SCADA, ICS systems),
— Incident response including coordination with other vendors and our main IT operations vendor’s security incident response team,
— Threat intelligence and proactive threat identification and reporting.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.
— Organization of Suppliers - Self-declaration on how the suppliers will fulfill the requirements,
— The requirement for a declaration of the data processor agreements.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The Supplier is required to have filed all returns and paid all due taxes and duties, including employer contributions and VAT returns.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Supplier shall have professional qualifications sufficient for performing tasks under the contract.
2) The requirement for a declaration of commitment If the Supplier wishes to utilize the capacity of other enterprises.
3) The requirement for supply chain security. The service must be operational even if the Contracting Entity and/or the Service Provider are under attack and/or there is a local, national or global crisis where the Internet is affected with reduced capacity, connectivity or other restrictions on the data traffic or restrictions on travel affecting the MSSP personnel or delivery of software and/or hardware or similar situations.

5) Certification. Certified ISO27001 ISMS.

Professional qualifications sufficient for performing tasks under the contract.
1) A short summary (maximum two pages) of how the supplier is able to be in front of the managed security services business
2) A description of the supplier’s technical staff, both competence and number, and the technical units utilized by the supplier to fulfill the contract
3) A list of the most important and relevant deliveries (with contact information) in the past three years, including the business area of the customer, scope, value, and date both to both the public and the private sector.
4) Three references from major breaches handled for customers. The customers in the references can be anonymized.
