Making areas more efficient Bærum Town Hall — Procurement of office furniture

Constructional changes shall be made as a part of a major re-organisation to make the areas in the Town Hall in Bærum more efficient. There is, thus, a need for more furniture for the office areas.
Re-use is a general criteria for the project. Most of the furniture shall be re-used, but the need for certain items of furniture arises when the number of users in the building is doubled. The procurement is therefore divided into 2 sub-contracts:
— Sub-contract A comprises delivery of furniture that does not have to be identical with the re-used furniture (e.g. standing tables).
— Sub-contract B comprises supplements to the existing furniture (e.g. meeting room chairs).
Tenders can be submitted for 1 or both sub-contracts.
