Bane NOR SF hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the delivery of logging and transporting of usable wood in accordance with the tender documentation.
The delivery comprises logging, transporting and sale of timber from different private properties, Bane NOR is the Contracting Authority and is responsible for contact with the land owners
Usable wood shall be sold with optimal distribution according to current delivery ranges to achieve the highest possible price. Timber from each individual property shall be held separately, and it shall be clear in the settlement which property the wood is delivered from. Bane NOR SF shall refund the sales revenue to the respective land owners.
The assignment includes work in close proximity to" tracks in operation at Nerlivegen and at Sørli.

Estimert totalverdi: 6 500 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The logging work is expected to be carried out during the period September 2017 to and including December 2019.
The area for the assignment is shown on the map in Annex 3. The work requires that Bane NOR has access to the individual properties.
Norsk PEFC Forest Standard shall be the basis for the forestry activity.
The organisation of the execution of the contract is required to be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer shall have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances during the contract period.
The Contractor shall prepare a requirements plan" for Storage Space of wood that shall be sold and logging waste/undergrowth that shall be chipped and delivered. The plan shall also identify "the time period" the area is requisitioned for Storage.
The tenderer must ensure good relations with the landowners and residents, as our relationship with the local population can have an impact on project implementation. It is therefore important that the tenderer has the right conduct and behaviour vis a vis land owners, neighbourhood, environment and safety.

When using private roads, the Tenderer shall ensure the road is in good condition when they are finished their assignment. When using public roads, the tenderer shall adhere to the regulations for public roads.

Possibility to extend the contract on verbatim terms with the use of options up to two years at a time.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract applies from the signing date to and including 31.12.2019. The Contracting Authority has the possibility to extend the contract on verbatim terms with the use of options up to two years at at time. Maximum duration 31.12.2021.
