This procurement is one of the measures from a working group that is working on Sub-Goal 2 in the Inclusive Work Life (I) contract. The working group was appointed by the Work and Pension Political Council in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in order to assess and come up with proposals as to how the IA parties can cooperate on increasing employment of youths with reduced functional abilities. An action plan has been prepared and the working group submitted a report in May 2017. The working group consists of representatives from Virke, Spekter, LO, YS, NAV Directorate and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
The aim of the procurement is to map and assess cooperation forms between NAV and IA entities for including persons with reduced functional abilities.
