Oslo Airport has reviewed its budgets for the coming years and, based on this review, has decided to cancel the above mentioned competition. The Utilities Regulations (FOF) § 21-4 (1) allow competitions to be cancelled when there is a ‘justifiable reason’. The fact that there are no resources in the budget for the procurement is seen as a ‘justifiable reason’. We intend, however, to hold a new competition for a Rubber Removal Machine in 2018 or early 2019.
