Statsbygg requests, for the Gamlehaugen and Eikelund properties tenders for:
— K 001 Care and management of parks for Gamlehaugen and Eikelund.
Care and management services shall be procured for parts of the green care and management at the Gamlehaugen and Eikelund properties in Bergen. The care and management assignments in the contract include tree management, management of bushes, hedges and perennials. Parken Gamlehaugen is approx. 83 decares, Eikelund park is approx. 102 decares.

Both of the properties' parks are mainly run in accordance with organic principles and the parks are treated as if they are listed. The tenderer must cooperate with Statsbygg's employees at the properties who carry out the other care and management assignments at the properties. The tender is to provide his own equipment and machinery for use on site. Statsbygg has decided that the price for carrying out the described care and management assignments will be 700 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The fixed price is, therefore, not a part of the competition and tenderers shall, instead, compete on quality.

The procurement procedure will be a restricted tender contest with negotiations.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Option for a contract extension for 1+1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Statsbygg shall have an option to extend the contract for 2 x 1 year. The total contract length can, thus, be 4 years.
Statsbygg shall also have an option to procure care and management assignments for other properties owned by Statsbygg, which are geographically close to Gamlehaugen and Eikelund.
The extent of such additional work shall not exceed 300 hours per annum.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The contractor is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
1. A description shall be submitted of up to 5 reference projects in recent years with comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:
— The name of the project;
— Contracting authority;
— The project's size and cost;
— Type of installation;
— The company's assignments/roles in the project — describe the care and management assignments;
— Year of execution.

The most qualified tenderers based on the qualification criterion ‘technical and professional qualifications’ will be invited to submit tenders.
Experience with relevant care and management assignments will be emphasised. Furthermore, emphasis will be put on experience with the care and management of green areas with a high degree of development, experience with protected green areas and organic care and management.
