The purpose of this announcement is to send out an invitation to tender for the procurement, implementation and maintenance of an AutoPASS IP solution for identification and pricing of the passages in the Norwegian AutoPASS community (SSA-T delivery agreement), and coherent maintenance services (SSA-V maintenance agreement). Deadline for qualification request is Friday 11.8.2017 at 12:00. See attached documents for additional information.

Today's system solution, called CS Norway will expire. In this connection, new system solutions will be acquired by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) under several different procurements. The scope of this procurement is to procure, implement and maintain an AutoPASS IP solution for identification and pricing of the passages in the Norwegian AutoPASS community. Based on the competition basis for AutoPASS HUB, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration wishes to invite suppliers to submit a request for participation in the competition.

The contract for the current central system, called CS Norge, is about the expire. Different components shall, thus, be procured, which will make up new systems for collecting toll money in Norway.
