Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax and VAT certificate — only applies to Norwegian tenderers. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The contracting authority will obtain the company certificate from the Company Register. Foreign tenderers must attach certificate that prove they are a legally established company and that they are registered in the professional registered as determined by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's most recent Annual Accounts with notes, including any new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures. If the tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual financial statement, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer is required to have satisfactory economic and financial ability to carry out the agreement. The tenderer's solidity, liquidity and financial strength set up against the procurement's total value and contract length will be central in this assessment.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

An overview of the tenderer's most important contracts in the last three years. This must specify the content of the contract, length, date and the name of the contracting authority. References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. The template, annex 2 must be used.

Statement of the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system. Alternatively copies of the system certificate issued by accredited certification organisations or equivalent documentation can be submitted.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall have very good experience from equivalent assignments.

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
