The project is for the renovation of existing buildings at Nord Universitet in Steinkjer, the construction of new buildings and the demolition of one existing building. The new buildings are to be constructed between and up to the existing buildings, so that the entire building complex appears as a whole.
Approx. 9 200 m² gross shall be altered and approx. 7 600 m² gross of new buildings shall be constructed. The completed site will have 16 800 m² gross.
The site will mainly have three floors as well as a small basement for technical installations. The site shall house Nord Universitet, as well as more than 30 other tenants within business activities, research, consultancy and administration.
The contract form will be builder managed joint contracts with the following contract division:
K201 Constructional main contract including joint rigging and operations.
K202 Industrial kitchen
K301 Pipe systems
K302 Air treatment plant
K401 Electro and tele work
K501 Building automation
K601 Lifts.
