The building is to be constructed with 5 floors, with a technical room on the roof.
The building site is situated on a filled-in area at Nordsileiret on the edge of central Steinkjer.
The site has been developed and prepared for construction. The ground under the planned buildings has been replaced with blasted stone down to the original seabed and filling has been preloaded.
The contract form will be builder managed joint contracts with the following contract division:
K201 Constructional main contract including joint rigging and operations.
K301 Pipe systems
K302 Air treatment plant
K401 Electro, technical tele work and emergency power
K501 Building automation
K601 Lifts
K701 Outdoor work.
