We would like to establish a framework agreement(s) in Helse Førde for the replacement of all infusion pumps and syringe pumps over a 4 year period — with relevant accessories for this in the form of equipment specific consumables, stand/rack/docking system etc.

The offered equipment shall, in total, be suitable for the use on both adults and children, ordinary infusions, cytostatic treatment, nutrition and anaesthesia (TIVA/TCI).
We would like the offered infusion pumps and syringe pumps to make up a model family with the same/homogeneous user interface that can be located together in a joint rack/docking station and stand.
The offered equipment shall be able to send data to our electronic patient curve system MEONA.
The communication ought to primarily go directly to a dedicated server system (Qualcom/Capsultech) for integration between MTU and Meona, or directly to the Meona system. Secondarily via interface boxes that see to communication with the dedicated server system.

We would also like an option in the tender for software (hereafter called middleware) for the administration of the pumps, control of protocols and for updates to medicament protocols and firmware. The middleware ought to have functionality for direct or indirect communication with Meona.

The middleware shall be able to monitor operation parameters and error messages — support for operation analysis for optimised operation and analysis of medicine use. The software must support operation in all hospitals in Helse Førde, including handling different medicine protocols for different departments in the company, as well as support technical follow-up of infusion equipment and accessories.

The evaluation will be based on the following amount of equipment:
100 Infusion pumps:
150 Syringe pumps: of which 5 for enteral nutrition
25 syringe pumps, TIVA/TCI>,
20 docking stations/racks for assembly of approx. 8 pumps (infusion pumps and/or syringe pumps)
10 docking stations/racks for assembly of approx.
6 pumps (infusion pumps and/or syringe pumps) for assembly on rails
4 pumps (infusion pumps and/or syringe pumps) for assembly on rails
2 pumps (infusion pumps and/or syringe pumps) for assembly on rails
75 Floor stands/racks on wheels, 5 wheels, for assembly of approx. 3 pumps (infusion pumps and/or syringe pumps)
75 Rail collar for hanging individual pumps
Middleware, pump administration software for installation in HVIKT's servers for communication with all the delivered infusion equipment. Licences

Any transition to a new framework agreement for articles that are already covered by the existing framework agreement must be coordinated with the length of the current contracts.
The equipment and software that are offered shall be delivered as requested, with all the necessary accessories, delivered, assembled and ready for use.
Tenders for only leasing/hiring the equipment will be rejected.
The amount of equipment used for the price evaluation (what shall be procured + options) is in the attached price form. Actual call-offs on the contract can differ from the amount of equipment stated in the price form.
