General computer equipment groups:
— Meeting room systems and meeting room equipment.
— IT hardware and IT supplies, including.
a) Computers (laptop PCs) and tablets.
b) Mobile telephones.
— Network equipment, including firewall, Wifi and switches.
Tenderers shall ensure access to such products of the correct quality, at the agreed price and on the correct delivery date in the contract period. The Contracting Authority would like the process to be as automated as possible. Tenderers shall ensure that the logistics supports this.

The Contracting Authority shall order the products in different ways, but primarily through the Tenderer's offered web shop. It must be possible to adapt the web shop to the payment systems defined by the Contracting Authority.
The customer perspective shall always be taken into consideration, so that service and logistics are experienced as user friendly and seamless. The customer can be the IT department, superusers, managers or other employee groups in the entity.
The tenderer is to see to freight in accordance with Incoterms DDP. Equipment shall be delivered directly to the Contracting Authority's locations in Norway, from door to door, directly to the orderer. An order with several components shall be delivered in a consolidated dispatch to the orderer. The tenderer will be responsible for ensuring that the dispatches are traceable for the orderer, from when the order is placed until it is received, including during the transportation.

The contracting authority shall have assistance as required. This can, for example, be updating the web shop, customer service, dealing with appeals, etc. The resource allocation shall always meet the Contracting Authority's need. In the start-up phase and other demanding phases, the Tenderer must provide extra resources, if necessary, to meet the Contracting Authority's need.

A contract will be signed with one tenderer for the entire framework agreement.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
Extension for up to 2 years, the maximum length of the framework agreement is 4 years.
