The agreement includes external and internal and minor renovation and reconstruction projects for all of the University College's buildings and facilities. Larger reconstruction projects and new building works where they are a part of a large contract are excluded from the contract.

Approx. 80 % of the execution will be at the students' location Pilestredet and approx. 20 % at the student's location Kjeller. The most common assignments included in the contract are repairs, however, reconstruction works/installations may occur occasionally.

The estimated contract value, over a four year period, will be between 3 500 000 — 5 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The value is informative only and is based on historical figures. The service volume is subject to changes due to variations in the university college's needs and budget from year to year. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

HiOA reserves the right to publish a separate tender contest for contracts with values above 200 000 NOK excluding VAT.
The contracting authority can have applicable framework agreements on areas that are partially supportive of this, e.g. ventilation services. In cases with overlapping agreements, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to decide which contract shall be used.
