The supplier shall use his expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.

The procurement includes the delivery of pipes and pipe fittings for repairs, alterations and small plants. See the attached requirement specifications for further information.

The contracting authority reserves the right to call for separate tender contests deliveries to larger new plants, or in case that the products are a part of a total contract executed by other contractors.

In 2015/2016 the 10 participating municipalities made procurements of these type of products for approx. 3 785 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The stated contract value is based on historical figures. This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchase obligation for the Contracting Authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.
