Hadsel municipality will be the contracting party for all of the participants. Annual supply of approx. 13,0 GWh plus 4 GWh to electric boliers where the consumption will vary due to choice of cheapest energy source for heating boilers. Includes energy-statistics, through-invoicing of network hire and fees and guarantees of origin. All of the buyers measuring points in the delivery period will be included in the framework agreement.
