Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Company registration certificate.
2. Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the tenderer is established.
3. Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT (National requirement).
4. Requirement to submit tax certificate for tax (National requirement).
5. Requirement to submit a declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 of the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement).
6. The tenderer must have approval from Finanstilsynet (The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority) to operate insurance activities in Norway.
