Game simulation — conversations with children on difficult themes

RVTS Øst would like to have an electronic game developed to stimulate meetings between helpers and children/youths, with a focus on talking about violence and assaults. The employee can play their own role in difference scenarios and are presented with several choices, both as regards action and communication. It shall be possible to train realistic and relevant problems in a safe environment, with direct and educational feedback and a possible score.
The aim of the game is to give employees in the service a better understanding of and confidence in talking with children and youths on violence and assault. The game shall be easily available for employees so that they can train at work, or possibly in the free time from their computers.
In the game we envisage that the game users can choose between a minimum of three different cases/profiles (minimum: one child aged 2-5 years, on aged 6-12 and one aged 13-17).
Attention is drawn to the fact that the development work shall be carried out in close cooperation with the contracting authority.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
If the feedback from the game users and the contracting authority is positive, the game will be further developed with more cases. If so, one case will be developed at a time, alternatively three new cases. The contracting authority has a unilateral right, but not a duty, to take up an option for a contract extension for up to 1 +1 order.
