Full Broadband NKOM 2017 — The joint broadband project in Sør-Trøndelag

As a part of the goal of full broad band coverage in Trøndelag in 2018, the broad band shall be developed and upgraded in six municipalities.
A total of 7 areas shall be developed. The project is a co-operation between Sør-Trøndelag counties and the involved municipalities. The delivery shall include:
— A new and upgraded broad band system with a minimum of 30 Mbps downstream (see the requirement specifications).
— The establishment of broad band accesses to businesses and private houses.
— Provide internet access and other broad band services.
The minimum requirements and contract award criteria are given in the tender documentation with annexes. The documentation will be available when the tender contest is published.
Four of the projects are a part of NKOM 2017, one project is NKOM 2016 and the last two are separate municipal projects, in which STFK is responsible for the announcement, evaluation and award of contract, in the same way as the others. Projects that are not notified as a part of NKOM will be assessed in accordance with the government support rules and dealt with thereafter, in accordance with the current rules.
