Framework agreements — electrical work within heavy and low currents

The contracting authority would like tenders for the procurement of electrical services within both heavy and low currents. The contracts shall cover the contracting authority's need for electrical work within the areas stated in the notice's point II.2 and the procurement documents.
Based on historical figures, the procurement has an estimated value of approx. 8 000 000-12 000 000 NOK per annum, excluding VAT. Approx. 20-25 % of this is for ordinary maintenance of the buildings. The above figures are, however, very uncertain and it will depend on the contracting authority's maintenance priorities each year.
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the contracts that will be signed do not involve any obligation to buy for the contracting authority. The contracting authority's previous experience shows that large savings are achieved if there is a competition for each assignment instead of using framework agreements. The degree that the framework agreement will be used will therefore depend on the tenderers' efficiency.
