A tender contest for a Framework agreement for the delivery of Water and sewage — Plumbing equipment.
The procurement's value is estimated to: 5 000 000-6 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding. The procurement volume may differ from year to year and the figures are an estimate of the framework agreement. The stated figures are not representing any obligations in relation to procurements. The contracting authority's actual requirement will always decide the procurements during the agreement period. See part 2, the requirement specification for further information.
Groups:
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for 1 or 2 product groups.
Groups: Group 1: water and sewage and plumbing equipment. Group 2: Concrete products.
The contracting authority will enter into contracts with one (1) tenderer for each group. See the contract documentation, point 4.4.

Lots and alternative tenders
Tenders can be submitted for one or both product groups. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of a product group, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The Contracting Authority has considered splitting up the assignment in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 19-2 and will do this by splitting the procurement up into 2 product groups.
