Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. The company shall have its tax and duty payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

2. Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate issued by the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Confirmation of registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established (applies to foreign companies).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. The company shall have sufficient capacity and implementation ability. Sufficient company means a minimum of 3 consultants who can manage and carry out uncertainty analyses for the company.
2. The company shall have relevant experience. Relevant experience means a minimum of 3 completed uncertainty analyses for projects larger than 200 000 000 NOK in the last 3 years.

1. Documentation requirement: Overview of the company's employees (organisation chart). In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other suppliers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for them. In addition, a commitment statement must be presented (a template is attached to the tender documentation).

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
1. The company shall have a well-functioning system for quality assurance.
Documentation requirement: A description of the company's implemented quality assurance system. Documentation requirement: Certificates shall be submitted for the company's quality assurance system, issued by independent bodies, confirming that the tenderer meets certain quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001. If a company does not have a certificate, other documentation of the company's quality assurance system must be presented. In such cases, the following shall be submitted as a minimum: The system's name and a detailed table of contents, general description of the system's contents, including an overview of check plans and checklists that are relevant for this contract, an organisation chart that shows responsibilities in the quality assurance system, a description of routines for internal control and handling deviations (work with corrective and preventive measures), and a description of how the system will be used to ensure quality in this contract.
