Øvre Eiker kommune

A tender contest for an agreement regarding Tolerance building travels to Germany for students and teachers in Øvre-Eiker municipality. The tolerance building travel shall be a package tour and the tender shall include the following:
* Meals,
* Transport services,
* Entrance,
* Overnight lodging,
* Guided tours in Berlin.
See the route plans for further information.
The dates of tours and route with content thereof, are to be determined by the resource team each year. The resource team comprises 3 resource teachers from 2 of the 3 schools. These teachers are also working as travel guides on the tours. Quotations are requested for each participant (student). Meals (full board), travels and lodging as well as entrance fees in accordance with the route schedule, shall be included in the quotation.
Quotations for the stretch Kiel — Gothenburg when returning back, shall be given. However, alternative returning routes can be attached the tender as an option. The price differential shall be clearly stated. The resource team will each year decide if alternative routes are to be used. Only the stretch Kiel — Gothenburg will be evaluated in this tender competition.
