Framework Agreement, Sports Equipment — Annual inspections as well as procurements and installation thereof

The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property shall enter into a framework agreement on procurement, delivery and installation of new sports equipment. The contract also includes annual inspections of sports equipment for all administrative units.
The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property is responsible for approx. 30 sports halls and 180 gymnasiums. The requirement for annual inspections, continuous procurements with deliveries and installations of sports equipment related to the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's administration and operation of properties. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the sports equipment is in accordance with regulations in such a way that the sports equipment at any time is in a satisfactory condition and that a safe use of the equipment is ensured. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The nature and scope of the framework agreement is further described in annex 3; Information about the framework agreement.

Legally established company a certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.
