Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) would like to enter into a framework agreement for printing services. HiOA is Norway's largest governmental university college with approx. 20 500 students and approx. 2 100 employees. The College is a noticeable participant in both research and education. HiOA needs production of a various range of printed products and services, included standard printed matter and specialised prints. The framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. HiOA procures annual printing services for approx. 2 200 000 — 3 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The annual value for the contract period is expected to be identical. The contract value for a 4 years period is thus between 8 800 000 and 14 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate only and is not binding for HiOA. The actual value may increase/decrease.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The duration of the framework agreement period is 2 years. The Contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 to a total maximum of 4 years. Any prolongation of the agreement will be automatically triggered unless HiOA, at least 2 months prior to the expiration of agreement, notifies differently.
