The agreement shall cover the contracting authority's requirements for the following:
— Printed books for adults and children in Norwegian,
— Printed books for adults and children in European languages,
— Audio books in physical formats for adults and children in Norwegian,
— Audio books in physical formats for children and adults in European languages.
Bullet point two above mainly includes Nordic and English languages. This applies to fiction in all genre, as well as non-fiction.
Bullet point four above mainly includes English, but also German, French and Spanish languages. This applies to popular fiction books and classic literature.
In accordance with the Norwegian Publishers Association's in two-figured book groups, this assignment includes book groups 2,3,4,5,6,7 and 9, and book groups 1.2, 8.1 and 8.6.

The contract has a duration of 2 years with option for extension 1 or more times up until 2 years.

Requirement 1 — Tax certificates.
The tenderer's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation:
Tax and VAT certificates.
A certificate for tax and VAT issued by either the local tax office or the tax collection office where the tenderer's head office is located. The certificate can be obtained from Altinn.no.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline.
Norwegian tenderers who are not subject to VAT must provide confirmation of this from the National Tax Board.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
Requirement 2: Company Registration Certificate.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
