Statsbygg requests tenders for the following:
Framework agreements for the service and maintenance of lifts at Statbygg's properties in Region South A total of 3 framework agreements shall be entered into in accordance with the following geographical division:
1) The Agder Counties.
2) Buskerud, Vestfold Counties
3) Buskerud County
The contract will be valid for 2 years from when it is signed, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms.
The contract will automatically be extended for 1 year at a time if Statsbygg does not give written notification within 3 months of the expiry date that the contract will not be extended. The framework agreement´s maximum length will be 4 years.

Kort beskrivelse:
The tenderer shall offer a fixed price on centralised equipment for fire-alarm systems and emergency lights system for each building/property. The price shall include the following:
— organization of annual inspections,
— inspections and functional tests of the centralized equipment, alarm-call functions, trip alarms, alarm transmissions, control functions, battery voltage, rectifier voltage, error monitoring,
— inspections for possible control/interlocking of fire-alarm and emergency lights systems,
— travel and subsistence expenses, car allowances, toll and parking charges for the regular maintenance service for the annual inspection shall be included in the fixed price for each building/property.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory economic implementation ability.
The tenderer (firm) must be creditworthy.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have the necessary approvals as an installation contractor.
Documentation showing that the tenderer has the necessary approvals for executing the contractual works.
Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity to fulfill the framework agreement.
1) An overview of the tenderer's employees during the previous three years, possible fixed co-operation agreements.
2) Documentation showing that the employees proposed for the contractual works have the required qualifications.
Tenderers shall have good experience with equivalent assignments.
An overview of the relevant reference assignments implemented the previous 3 years, with information of:
— contracting authority,
— contract value,
— date of implementation.
References must be given, and Statsbygg gave permission to contact them.
Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services included in the contract.
Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the supplier fulfills certain quality assurance standards, for example, ISO 9001:2008.
The Contracting Authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the system´s content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant in this contract, must be submitted.
