Framework agreement on mobile C-arms for the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority

The Regional Centre for Co-ordination of Medical Technical Equipment (RKMTU) is carrying out an assignment from the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (HSØ), concerning a framework agreement on mobile C-arms. Oslo University Hospital, including the Division for Strategy and procurements, is responsible for managing the medical technical equipment in HSØ.
The framework agreement comprises the categories: Mini; Compact; All-round; and Advanced.
The categories represent the areas of use and are described in more detail in the Requirement Specification.
The Contracting Authority cannot give a specific number of C-arms in total, or within the individual categories. Based on previous procurement volume, the value of the agreement is estimated to be 69 000 000 NOK, but the Contracting Authority cannot estimate the future need.
The agreement will include procurements when existing equipment breaks down, elective procurements, implementation of new technology, new procedures or capacity increase.
The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for 2 years (1+1) extension.
