Enova is holding an open tender contest with the intention of entering into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers in order to cover Enova's need for consultancy services in the IT sector. The procurement is divided into 3 lots, with each lot subject to separate competitions. It is up to the individual tenderer to decide which lots to submit tender offers on. The objective of the framework agreements is to obtain access to experienced consultants with good competence and experience in the relevant lots. The consulting services will consist of both shorter and longer assignments and be connected to assignments/services with varying complexity and scope. The requested consultancy services are divided into the following 3 lots:
Lot A: Programme and project implementation.
Lot B: IT consulting.
Lot C: Electronic interaction/integration/system development.
Framework agreements shall be signed with a minimum of 3 tenderers per lot.
