Framework agreement on-call temporary staff for cleaning

Buskerud County c/o BFK Eiendom shall enter into a framework agreement for on-call temporary staff who shall step in for unplanned absences, e.g. sickness. BFK Eiendom carries out cleaning services itself, all cleaning is done in accordance with INSTA 800. In addition there is an option for external window cleaning and cleaning above 3 m. ALL deliveries will be after an order is placed. The contract period will be 2 years fixed with an option for an extension for a further 2 years (1 year at a time). NS 8431 will form the basis of the contract. The procurement will be divided into 4 geographical zones in the county. Tenderers can choose which and how many zones they submit a tender for. The tender shall cover all entities and complete delivery including options in the zone(s) that a tender is submitted for. One tenderer will be chosen per zone. Each zone will be evaluated separately, so each Tenderer can be awarded one or more zones. The framework agreement period is 2 years from 1.12.2017. The contract will be signed earlier, but deliveries will only start from 1.12.2017.

5.1 The tenderer's organisational and legal standing.
Requirement 5.1.1: Norwegian tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
Certificates for paid taxes, social security contributions and VAT shall be enclosed with the tender. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Requirement 5.1.2: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement 5.1.3: Tenderers shall be a publicly certified cleaning company.
The tenderer and any sub-suppliers shall, when the contract is signed, be a publicly certified cleaning company in accordance with the regulations from the Ministry of Labour dated 8 May 2012 no. 408.
