Sunnhordland Interkommunale Innkjøpsforum

Sunnhordland intermunicipal procurement forum, on behalf of Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes municipalities, intends to enter into a framework agreement on legal services. The contracting authority has to a varying degree requirements for legal services in connection with the municipalities assignments/work. Some legal assistance services are covered by the contracting authority's internal HR or through membership in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (Norwegian: KS). For legal services related to labour legislation, the municipalities mainly use the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS). The other legal areas will for the most part require external legal assistance in connection with e.g. lacking HR or competence. Council solicitors are not employed by the municipalities.

Due to errors in the tender documentation Sunnhordland interkommunale innkjøpsforum has cancelled the tender contest. Cf, the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4 (1) and (2).
The tender documentation published on Doffin.no contained a wrong deadline for receipt of tenders.
The stated tender deadline in the form on doffin.no was 31.1.2018 (12:00), while the tender deadline in the tender documentation's Point 1.4 stated: “Deadline for receipt of tenders: 31.2.2018”, i.e. before midninght (24:00).
This made it impossible for the tenderers to submit tenders after 31.1.2018 (12:00).
The tender documentation will be corrected and the tender contest will be re-published shortly.
