Tysvær municipality (TK) invites tenderers to a competition for parallel framework agreements with two tenderers (who can preferably do both disciplines) for a. land planning and b. consultant engineering services within roads, water and sewage and other technical infrastructure. Note: The municipality sees it as an advantage if tenderers can tender for both disciplines as this would give synergy effects in the project. Tenderers who can only tender for one of the disciplines can, however, still submit a tender. See the price form, annex B for weighting.
