Haugesund kommune

The Procurement Cooperation in Haugalandet, in Sunnhordland and Hardanger, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of sports equipment. Bømlo, Eidfjord, Etne, Fitjar, Haugesund, Jondal, Karmøy, Kvinnherad, Odda, Sauda, Stord, Sveio, Tysnes, Tysvær, Ullensvang, Ulvik, Bokn and Vindafjord are participating in this enquiry. The procurement procedure is an open tender contest, in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations, laid down in the Royal Decree dated 12 August 2016 — with later revisions. Open tender competitions do not allow negotiations on the tender. After the tenders have been submitted, only clarifications of any uncertainties are allowed. Each municipality is an independent legal entity and the final contract shall therefore be signed by a responsible person in each municipality.

Tenderers are required to satisfy the requirements given by the public authority for registration

The tenderer and any sub-suppliers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
