Hamar municipality has a property mass of approx. 285 000 m. As the owner, Hamar municipality is responsible for operations, outer maintenance and inner maintenance at the properties. This framework agreement is for trade services within painting, wallpapering and floor laying work. The framework agreement shall cover painting, wallpapering and floor laying work, with the accompanying materials and equipment. Painting, wallpapering and floor laying work means, amongst other things, work on all types of surfaces that is required in connection with minor alterations, changes and maintenance work — both internal and external.
