Telemark fylkeskommune (TFK) is in front in connection with the digitisation in most internal and external service areas.
The County municipality's IT department has competent staff who at periods and some times ad-hoc, need assistance with competence and capacity.
The objective of the procurement is to ensure Telemark fylkeskommune this access.
The tender offer should cover the entire lot area.
The competence and capacity requested must cover all of the sub-points in each lot.
The tenderer can submit tender offers for one or multiple of the lots.
Tenderers must document approval/certificates in the areas where available.
Lot 1 (ITIL)
Maintenance and further development of team It's ITIL organisation and ITIL procedures. This involves i.a.:
1) Maintenance and further development of Matrix; matrix for control of responsibility and competence.
2) Implementation and organisational adaptation of ITIL, PRINCE2, Kepner Tregoe and Kanban.
3) Course delivery: ITIL Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Kanban, Kepner Tregoe, Cynefin
Lot 2 (Applications packaging, project and SLA)
4) Work with service catalogue and service agreements, based on ITIL methodology.
5) Project management based on prosjektveiviseren.no in combination with Prince2
6) Maintenance and further development of TFK's solution for applications packaging with SCCM
Lot 3 (Board and cash systems)
7) Maintenance and further development of TFK's solution with digital posters based on the publication solution Nexus On Demand on all business locations in the country municipality.
8) Support of FARA.
9) Maintenance and support of bus boards and information screens in bus queues, based on products from Axentia/Datagrafikk, including coverage analysis and trouble shooting in TFK's network infrastructure. This also involves performance of assistance in different operator companies.
