The Norwegian School of Sports Science (henceforth also referred to as NIH) shall through this procurement enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of promotional clothing and promotional articles. The objective of the contract is to comply with NIH's requirement for promotional articles and promotional clothing in a cost-efficient manner and in accordance with the always prevailing requirements.
NIH shall enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier for this area. The total value of the agreement is approx. 800 000 — 1 200 000 NOK excluding VAT. The volume indication is only a guideline and does not obligate the contracting authority. The framework agreement period is 2. The contracting authority has an option to extend the length of the framework agreement for 1 year at a time, up to twice, so that the framework agreement's total, maximum length will be 4 years (2+1+1 year).
