NDLA, Nasjonal Digital Læringsarena [the Norwegian Digital Learning Arena], needs to purchase images from an extensive image library for the production of digital teaching aids. The Contracting Authority shall be able to select relevant images that highlight and illustrate topics in digital teaching aids that shall cover up to approx. 100 different school subjects in 6th form college education. NDLA wants to be able to reuse the images in the education of students and teachers at school. There is a need for an image library that compliments the Contracting Authority’s own image library. We have our own assignment photographer and illustrator who compliment that which we cannot find in the image libraries. The competition also includes other media materials, but the tenderers does not need to submit a tender offer on these. Examples can be graphics, animation, video, music, simulation and sound that can be included in our production of digital teaching aids.
