Framework agreement for the procurement of a land electricity facilities

Background: Enova has awarded Bergen og Omland havnevesen 16 100 000 NOK to develop three new land electricity facilities for supply boats. The Enova resources will first enable the development of new land electricity facilities at Dokken, Nykirkekaien and Festningskaien. There are already three land electricity facilities for offshore at Skolten. The aim is between six and nine ready developed facilities in 2018.
The procurement's purpose and content: BOH aims to enter into framework agreements for the delivery and assembly of equipment for complete land electricity facilities. Delivery will first be to the stated points at Dokken, Nykirkekaien and Festningskaien. Future land electricity points will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation and future grants from Enova. The procurement does not include cable handling equipment up to ships. This will be announced in a separate competition. For further information on the contents of the procurement, see Part III Annex 1 Requirement Specifications and enclosures.

The payment experience must be satisfactory.
Documentation:
A credit assessment from a certified credit appraisal agency based on the most recent known accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.

Tenderers shall have good experience with the implementation of corresponding deliveries of equivalent complexity.
Documentation:
Description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years with information on:
a) Name of Contracting Authority,
b) The project name,
c) The project's nature, size, cost and complexity,
d) Date,
e) The tenderer's delivery in the project.
Tenderers can document experience by referring to competence in the personnel they have at their disposal and can use for this assignment, even if the experience was gained whilst the personnel was working for another supplier.
