Framework agreement for the delivery of fruit (job fruit / fruit baskets)

Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA) intends to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for scheduled deliveries of fruit, i.e. ‘job fruit / fruit baskets’. The contract does not apply for sliced fruit, or catering / meeting food.
The total extent is estimated to be between 22 000 and 30 000 kg per annum. This is based on an estimated 3 800 - 4 500 baskets of 5 to 6 kg per basket, as well as 100-300 baskets of 9, 10, 11 or 12 kg per basket. The estimated contract value per annum will, therefore, be between approx. 500 000 and 750 000 NOK excluding VAT and the total for the entire contract period (4 years) will be between approx. 2 000 000 and 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. In annex 2, the price form, HiOA has use a total estimate of 4 200 baskets per annum and an estimated 26 000 kg per annum. The estimated extent and contract value are not binding for HiOA. The extent, delivery places, delivery frequency, value, etc. can vary.

Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement's length will be 2 years, but HiOA will have an option for an extension of the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year, so that the maximum contract period is 4 years (48 months). Any prolongation of the agreement will be automatically triggered unless HiOA, at least 2 months prior to the expiration of agreement, notifies differently.
