Framework agreement for the delivery of biofuel oil

Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Oslo municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for School Buildings and the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites to an open tender contest where the objective is to enter into framework agreements regarding purchase and delivery of biofuel oil.
The framework agreement includes delivery to schools, sports halls, nursing homes, nursery schools, district administrations and other purpose-built buildings in the enterprises' building portfolio that request biofuel oil as fuel.
The scope of the procurement is estimated to approx. 1 500 000 litres of biofuel oil per annum. Of this is approx. 115 000 litres with a quality of CFPP -15 °C must be delivered.
The framework agreement period is 2 years from the start of contract, with an option for the contracting authority to extend with 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms. Start of contract: Autumn 2017.
