Gassnova would like to enter into a framework agreement with a company who can see to the following two main areas:
Gassnova SF shall, to the greatest possible degree, have broad, industry based competence with the requisite technological, commercial and political insight, in order to fulfil the role of an important advisor and premise provider for the government.
Based on a cost estimate, part III of the regulations will be used and the procurement will be held as an open tender contest. Gassnova can, after a first evaluation, ask the three best tenderers to present their tender, so that we can have a deeper understanding of the tenders and tenderers.

Gassnova SF would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can;

— Assist management with strategic consultancy

— Undertake all or parts of the recruitment process/headhunting within the entire competence spectrum — with a main focus on manager positions and specialist positions.

The contract will be valid for two years, with an option for a further 1+1 years.

The scope will vary, and a framework agreement will therefore be entered into in such a way that the different types of assignments are ordered through a call-off system.
