Generally speaking, the environment package organisation in Trondheim is a cooperation between the government, county and municipality. The environment package for transport in Trondheim shall give improved road network and public transport and better conditions for those who walk and cycle. The town shall achieve lower greenhouse gas emissions, shorter traffic jams and less traffic noise through a number of measures.

The Contracting Authority would like tenders for services within construction management, project management and inspection of construction work for the environment package project.
Number of tenderers:
A contract will be signed with up to 3 tenderers for this procurement.
The need for the services can vary, but each tenderer must, as a minimum, offer 2 persons for construction management, 2 persons for engineering design management and 2 persons for the inspection of construction work.
The aim of the procurement is to contribute to the realisation of construction measures in the environment package. Examples: Metro bus stations, traffic safety measures, public transport, foot and cycle paths, noise reduction measures, environment measures, motorway, etc. The list is not exhaustive.

The services shall be carried out in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration´s hand books. Further guidelines will be given by the project manager.
The contract period will be from the date both parties sign the contract until 31.12.2019. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Tenderers must confirm that they fulfil their tax and VAT obligations.
The certificate must not be older than six months from the tender deadline.
Foreign companies shall present certificates that substantiate the fact that the tenderer has met the obligations in relation to the payment of tax and duties.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must give an account of how sufficient capacity for this assignment will be ensured.
For example, a staffing plan can be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of own employees, hired persons, years of experience, etc.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity.
