Framework agreement for service and maintenance works on backup power and emergency power supply systems in Oslo

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property shall sign a framework agreement with one supplier for the performance of service and maintenance works on the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's backup power and emergency power supply systems at properties in Oslo and an option for properties in Akershus, Østfold and Hedmark.
The objective of the framework agreement is to secure the Directorate of Public Constructions and Property's access to qualified resources for planned and emergency works with servicing, testing and repairs of the existing systems.
The systems are of the following sizes/categories:
— Small system up to 300 kVA,
— Medium system 300 — 700 kVA,
— Large system over 700 kVA.
On these systems, the Directorate of Public Construction and Property needs a service provider who has 24/7 contingency 365 days a year and can perform servicing and repairs.

The framework agreement shall cover the properties that the Directorate of Public Construction and Property owns in Oslo, with an option for properties in Akershus, Østfold and Hedmark counties. We refer to point 2.2, Requirement Specification, as well as Appendix 1 — what shall servicing cover, for further description of the service.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property currently has 30 backup and emergency power supply systems in the geographical area covered by this framework agreement. The systems are of the following sizes/categories:
On these systems, the Directorate of Public Construction and Property needs a service provider who has 24/7 contingency that can perform servicing and repairs. Tenderer shall supply all sizes/categories. We refer to Appendix 1 — What shall the service assignment cover.
